Brad T. Fulkerson, DMD, MSD

Dr. Fulkerson was born and raised in Henderson.  After graduating from the University of Kentucky with his dental degree, he completed a 2 year pediatric dental residency at Indiana University and James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.  

 

Upon completion of his residency, he obtained a Master’s of Science in Dentistry Degree (M.S.D.) with a Minor in Oral Pathology.  After returning home to open his practice in 1998, he achieved his Board Certification.  This demonstrates the highest commitment and level of recognition within Pediatric Dentistry.

 

Dr. Fulkerson is married and has three daughters.  He enjoys his time with family, being outdoors, golfing, snow skiing and boating.
